Tegshbayar Darambazar is the Board Member of Legislation & Policy Research Hub NGO, a research hub focused on legislation and policy discussions to promote human rights and social equality. She is also the CEO of a crisis management consulting firm. She is a lawyer and a researcher, specializing in compliance and anti-money laundering.

Prior to her current position, Tegshbayar was the specialist at the Prime Minister’s office of Mongolia, coordinating the work of Prime Minister’s advisors with the Cabinet Secretariat, sectoral ministries and agencies. Apart from that, she has more than 10 years of experience in legal and compliance advisory in both private and public sectors. The organizations she has served include the National Committee on Gender Equality, the Asia Pacific Investment Partners Limited, Khan Bank LLC and General Police Department.

Tegshbayar has a master’s degree in Social Science on human rights emerging issues and an undergraduate degree in Law on criminal procedural sovereignty in comparison to international normative from University of Mongolia. Her priority of work is to strengthen the research and development capacity in Mongolia while engaging different sectors’ researches and scientists under one umbrella.

Tegshbayar aims to use her knowledge and experience gained in her past work to examine methods and mechanisms of base erosion and profit shifting in tax evasion cases, within the context of Asian countries.
