Louis Chong Li is the founding partner and CEO of Pacific Founder, an intelligence-driven investment firm committed to sustainability, mobility, and diversity, with a portfolio stretching from life science, future transport, marine tech to carbon neutrality across the Asia-Pacific region.

Louis has successfully co-founded and co-invested in tech unicorns with top-tier venture capital, private equity, and family offices, and digitally transformed multinational corporations for the past 15 years. Besides managing portfolios, Louis holds advisory positions in world-leading tech companies including Tesla, Oracle, Siemens, Audi, and UiPath. He has brought numerous companies to be listed on major stock exchanges.

Beyond his professional capacity, Louis actively supports social inclusion initiatives globally. In 2011, he designed and established a self-sustaining economic model to support underprivileged groups in Sri Lanka. He is committed to contributing to youth development programs and innovation apprenticeships with APEC, G20, ASEAN, EU, and UN. He aspires to be a community leader with experiences in business, academia, and policy across regions.

His research as an AsiaGlobal Fellow looked into the mobility, diversity, and flexibility of digital nomads within Asia and how education and technology enablement support employment and self-sustainability.
