Jil Ebanoidze is a fintech leader, NLP coach, and creative entrepreneur with a passion for bringing neuroscience and technology together. She has worked with eBay, Naspers Group, and Booking.com, and has extensive experience in managing global finance digital transformations and payments domain.

Jil is dedicated to promoting inclusive and sustainable finance and has worked in developing countries to help scale up SMEs by bringing emerging technologies and democratizing fintech education. As the managing director of a global fintech think tank, she collaborates closely with 500 C-level members to make an impact. Jil is also an advisor at one of the biggest African venture builders, helping startups navigate their ideas and define scaling strategies.

As a woman in tech who has worked with over 100 cultures, Jil understands the importance of accepting one’s true self and finding balance. She is an advocate of equality, empathy, sustainability, and inclusion. This led her to launch Maison AVAZA (maisonavaza.com), a human development business that helps individuals realize the possibility and power of revealing their authentic true selves for both personal and professional success.

Jil holds a bachelor’s degree in Western European languages and law, a master’s degree in translation, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management.

Her research as an AsiaGlobal Fellow will look at green fintech in Greater China as a driver for a sustainable economy.
