Bradley Hiller is currently the Lead Climate Change Specialist, as part of a specalized team responsible for implementing climate change actions across the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and in support of its 57 Member Countries and global communities more broadly. He is also a collaborator for the Centre for Sustainable Development, University of Cambridge.

He provides strategic and operational support to the World Bank Group (U.S.) and Asian Development Bank (ADB, Philippines) on climate change, poverty alleviation and sustainable natural resources development. Concurrently, Bradley retains roles in applied academia: Visiting Fellow at the Global Sustainability Institute, Anglia Ruskin University (U.K.), and Lead Consultant at both the Centre for Sustainable Development, University of Cambridge (U.K.) and Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (U.K.). Bradley’s recent contributions include: co-development and operationalization of ADB’s strategic climate change framework to 2030 (which includes a US$6 billion annual climate financing commitment); and presentation of University of Cambridge findings to one of the world’s largest diversified food and beverage companies, ultimately leading to a US$1 billion ‘sustainable in a generation’ plan.

Bradley holds master’s and PhD degrees from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Chevening Scholar and Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholar, respectively. Bradley aims to promote improved social, economic and environmental outcomes by drawing on relative strengths of the international development, social business and academic sectors. In the same vein, his research proposal continues a decade-long theme to understand the dynamics of ‘achieving transformational change at scale’ across critical sectors.
