Anna Semenova is head of senior management learning and development at Gazprom Neft. She is responsible for senior management leadership programs, offering advice and consultation on knowledge management, professional development, and e-learning strategies.

Throughout her career, Anna has worked on the preparation and execution of global projects such as the FIFA World Cup, the 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a G20 meeting, the APEC summit and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. With her passion in digitalization, community building, and youth engagement, she has partnered with experts from major international organizations such as United Nations (UN), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and World Bank to work on capacity building projects.

Anna holds a PhD in Economics and a master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. Semenova is a G20 Global Leadership Fellow and a Torchbearer of the Olympic Torch Relay.

Her research as an AsiaGlobal Fellow looked at the future of work, focusing on the key challenges of workforce transitions in the age of digitalization and the transformation of the learning and development industry
