COVID-19 Outbreak Won't Have Lasting Impact on China-Japan Relations

In a Global Times article, Asia Global Institute Adjunct Associate Professor Yoshikazu Kato urges China and Japan to join the fight against COVID-2019 to promote bilateral relations, but adds that he does not believe "the outbreak will affect fundamental parts of China-Japan relations in the long run".
