Abstract

This seminar presented by Sarkis D. Yoghourtdjian, Assistant Director for Banking Supervision and Regulation of the Board of Governors of the U.S Federal Reserve.

Hosted in conjunction with The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, looks at the primary underlying causes for the global financial crisis and argues that promoting financial stability, in a rapidly evolving financial industry, poses a significant challenge for bank supervisors.
